Job overview and responsibilities The Executive Assistant role is to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative work duties. This role supports one or more leaders of a business unit. This position will support the SVP AO & Cheif Customer Officer and VP Domestic Line Stations. Provides confidential, high level and key administrative support Preparing general correspondence, memoranda, expense reports, etc. (which may include presentation preparation) Provide assistance with coordinating division/companywide events Screening telephone calls and visitors: may screen e-mail correspondence Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries Complete projects as assigned and demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision Collaborate with all departments within the company and represent the respective leadership team in a highly professional manner Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers NOTE: This role will support all of Airport Operations and other airport Vice Presidents and Station Leaders. This position is located at the CSC-Wilis Tower in Chicago, IL Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): High School Diploma Strong computer skills, preferably Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Minimum of 5 years of current equivalent work experience Ability to work flexible hours The ability to identify and solve complex problems Exercises judgment to prioritize and make decisions Has developed breadth and/or depth of skills in more than one activity, process, or function Performs work with limited guidance/direction Continually seeks to identify and employ methods to improve existing processes to help streamline work and efficiency Travel minimum 25% domestic Must be willing and able to work at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree Event management and coordination experience The base pay range for this role is $45,030.00 to $58,656.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This position may also be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
