Position Description The Executive Assistant (EA) in the Office of the COO of the U.S. Soccer Federation ensures the smooth administrative operations of the COO's office. The EA will provide administrative support, coordinate the COO's schedule and travel, and liaise with core internal and external stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities Calendar & Travel Management: Proactively coordinate the COO's calendar and travel arrangements, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the highest and best use of the COO’s time. Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, analysis, and track progress. Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders. Support executive operations across the President, CEO, and COO offices, ensuring seamless coordination of overlapping tasks. Event Coordination: Plan and execute logistics for events and meetings attended by the COO. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. General knowledge of soccer. Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments. Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Asana and Salesforce experience a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sports or related fields is a plus.
