Universal Travel Concierge is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in the fast-paced Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. In this critical role, you will act as a key liaison, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that executives are well-prepared for all engagements. You will take the lead in organizing travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, while also anticipating the needs of the executives you support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Prepare and organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of the executives. Facilitate effective communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Degree in business administration or related field preferred. Yearly Salary is between $40,000 and $50,000 a year.
