The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer, enabling the focus on forward-looking initiatives. For this position, we offer a hybrid work model of our Sioux Center, Iowa office that provides flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration and connection across the team. While certain responsibilities may require an on-site presence for meetings, events, or executive support needs, this role is designed to balance in-office engagement with remote work. RESPONSIBILITIES Executive & Strategic Support Act as a trusted, strategic partner to executive leaders, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate schedules across internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare and refine correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, and reports with accuracy and professionalism. Track priorities, goals, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives. Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and create space for executives to focus on high-level decision-making. Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion. Bring tenacity and follow-through to ensure commitments are met and work moves forward. Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up Coordinate internal and external meetings, including 1:1s, leadership sessions, and board meetings. Prepare agendas, materials, and summaries; attend meetings to capture notes, action items, and follow-ups. Ensure timely execution of meeting outcomes and deliverables with efficiency and accountability. Travel & Event Support Arrange occasional domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Support logistics for executive offsites and select team events. Communication & Correspondence Facilitate efficient communication between executives, staff, and external partners. Route incoming communications with professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate content and updates with global teams and communication leads. Reporting & Operational Efficiency Assist in compiling regular reports (e.g., AchieveIt, 5-15s) and executive dashboards. Partner with leadership on ad-hoc projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. Apply tenacity and a willingness to learn when tackling new tools, systems, or reporting processes. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment OR equivalent experience in project management or working in a cross-functional environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs, works efficiently, and demonstrates tenacity in seeing tasks through. Must demonstrate strong technological proficiency, including the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and apply new digital tools, systems, and software.
