This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Vaultree. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, coordinating projects, and handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism. You will work closely with the leadership team to enable them to focus on strategic priorities by taking ownership of administrative, operational, and logistical tasks.
