Veeam Software is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to partner with another Executive Assistant in support of the Office of the CEO, while also providing a great in-office experience for our broader leadership team. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, along with professionalism in working with Executives, is essential—as is the ability to remain flexible and shift direction seamlessly. The successful candidate will excel at completing complex tasks with minimal guidance, reacting with appropriate urgency to time-sensitive situations, and embracing varied and exciting new projects. A good sense of humor is also a must. What You’ll Do Partner closely with another EA to ensure seamless support of the Office of the CEO. Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars. Manage complex calendars and scheduling with senior leadership, maintaining diplomacy and discretion. Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely follow-up and action. Organize, execute, and assist with team activities. Ensure well-organized and up-to-date travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs. Collaborate with the EA team to manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities, and ensure the office is well stocked with kitchen and office supplies. Liaise with property management on facility work orders as needed. Prioritize Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity initiatives for your executives. Have fun at work—and help others do the same. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
