Vesta Realty Group is a real estate development company based in San Juan, PR with projects across the United States. The team is rapidly growing and is looking for an Executive Assistant to manage all back office functions. Fluent English is mandatory for this position

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a blend of administrative experience, project coordination, and personal assistant capabilities to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The role is remote, yet the candidate will be require to handle certain in-person tasks in the San Juan area

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven administrative experience in an office environment; personal assistant experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for document management is desirable.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
