Location: Rockville, MD (Primary Work Location)
Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President CEO. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate communications, daily operations, and key projects in support of the President CEO. You will also play a crucial part in supporting board meeting preparation, calendar management, corporate communications, and document management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience, or Associate degree with at least 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in administrative, project management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including writing, editing, and presentation development
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, contact databases)
  • Ability to travel locally within DC/MD as needed

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, logistics for events and meetings, and track expenses
  • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, including occasional note taking
  • Draft and distribute approved communications on behalf of the CEO to the board, leadership team, partners, funders, and stakeholders
  • Track and coordinate memos, documents, and materials requiring CEO approval/signature, ensuring proper documentation is included
  • Support quarterly and committee board meetings: scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, providing logistical support, drafting minutes, and updating board databases
  • Coordinate and curate materials for new board member orientations and annual updates
  • Assist with annual and quarterly reports to the Archdiocese of Washington and grant funders
  • Support CEO outreach to communities, residents, employees, supporters, and other stakeholders—including presentations and newsletter content
  • Collaborate across departments on special projects and provide additional support as assigned
