OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent clerical skills, and have a strong proficiency in computerised systems. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal advisor and staff, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Previous experience in office administration is preferred; full training will be provided for new staff.
  • Good communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude. Continuously improve through feedback
