Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position: Executive Assistant (Village Roadshow Greece) About the Role Village Roadshow (member of Antenna Group) is a leading entertainment brand, best known for its cinemas, delivering an unparalleled movie-going experience to over 3 million viewers annually. As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, we are looking for a highly organized, resourceful and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO & the Deputy CEO to provide high-level support and contribute to the effective functioning of the executive office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing executive calendars, coordinating complex tasks and communications, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Job Description Manage and prioritize the CEO’s and Deputy CEO’s schedules, including meetings, appointments, and international and domestic travel arrangements Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails on behalf of executive leadership Prepare professional presentations and executive reports, including materials for Board meetings, leadership briefings, and company-wide events Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics, agendas, and documentation are in place Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and document management systems (e.g., SAP), while maintaining structured filing systems Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives Provide high-quality administrative and operational support, resolving issues and facilitating smooth daily workflows Maintain office supply inventory, liaise with vendors, and support general office operations Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive executive-level information 2–3 years of experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite executives Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with enterprise workflow systems (e.g., SAP) High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity when handling private and sensitive matters Competitive remuneration package Health and Life Insurance Plan Friendly and challenging working environment Why Work at Village Roadshow Village Roadshow offers a collaborative and creative workplace culture that values innovation and teamwork.
