As a key partner to our CEO and Board, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership and driving our growth journey.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Virta employees, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Expertly manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO and Board.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, Board and leadership team members including flights, hotels, and transfers.
  • Prepare and submit travel expense reports promptly on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and oversee Leadership Team and Board off-sites and events
  • Support the Leadership Team in internal communications and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Participate in PCS team responsibilities and provide backup for the Office/Travel Manager.
