POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for motivated and highly organized Virtual Executive Assistants to join our team. As a VEA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our clients, managing various tasks such as calendar and email management, travel planning, project coordination, and more.
This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a virtual environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage client schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Email Management: Organize, prioritize, and respond to client emails, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
  • Project Management: Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various client projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Travel Planning: Arrange travel logistics for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and effective communication at all times.
  • Research & Data Entry: Conduct research and manage data to support client projects and business needs.
  • Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with scheduling social media posts, content creation, and basic graphic design tasks as required.
