Job Description What we expect of you, day to day: Lead and manage comprehensive executive support for the Group Country Manager (GCM) of the FBL cluster. Strategically manage and optimize the GCM’s calendar, meetings, and appointments, ensuring detailed preparation and timely communication. Own all end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, driving efficiency through Visa systems for bookings and expense reporting. Lead the planning and execution of executive visits and high-level events, including handling calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients and internal stakeholders. Design and manage robust electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy access and confidentiality of sensitive information. Uphold the highest level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters. Build trust and strong working relationships with the FBL leadership team and central functions in London. Drive outcomes by anticipating the GCM’s needs, proactively preparing briefs, documents, and presentation materials ahead of key meetings. Provide proactive oversight of the GCM's calendar, ensuring awareness of all upcoming commitments and any necessary preparation. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications • Extensive and proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite or equivalent senior executives. • Bilingual French and English, as the role involves daily communication in both languages. • Adaptable to change management within a fast-paced corporate environment. • Excellent judgement and professionalism in all written and verbal communication. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a high-pressure environment. • Consistently demonstrates a stakeholder-centric mindset and thrives in collaborative team settings. • Strong organisational, project leadership, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook for creating executive-level materials. • Professional and approachable demeanour with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
