Description
Act as a key liaison between the Network Director and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and the successful implementation of various initiatives. Anticipate the business needs of the Director, proactively filtering, prioritizing, and escalating key issues to support effective decision-making. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, arrange travel, and welcome guests for the Director. Conduct research, compile and summarize information and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence - often handling confidential or sensitive materials. Maintain organized filing systems for confidential records and ensure the highest standards of data privacy and security. Track and manage expenses, approve payroll and requests on behalf of the Director as needed, and prepare regular expense reports. Coordinate and prepare for events, workshops, and business meetings, sometimes managing projects or action items. Provide administrative support and guidance to the department, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Collaborate closely with the leadership team and other departments, sharing best practices and gaining a broad understanding of the business. Prepare customized analyses and reports as requested, supporting the Director and the leadership team in strategic decision-making. You have a university degree and are fluent in English (mandatory). You demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of business ethics. You are highly organized, with excellent planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you're skilled in negotiation and conflict management. You are proficient in MS Office and business correspondence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, showing adaptability, stress tolerance, and the ability to multitask. You are self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and eager to take initiative. You are committed to upholding company policies, including data protection, health and safety, and business continuity standards.
