As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide critical, proactive support the President of our group of companies. QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 to 5 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in support of executives
  • A wide breadth of administrative knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working of knowledge and experience with reporting tools such as, PowerBI and Excel Power Query is considered an asset
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and complete projects on time
  • Keen ability to connect with others and anticipate needs
  • Some familiarity with the dairy industry is an asset
  • High level of tact and trustworthiness
Responsibilities

You will be tasked with a number of duties that include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring the Outlook calendar entries and appointments
  • Review of the executive email inbox, ensuring the processing of important and urgent matters and processing of action items
  • Oversight of leadership meetings including the taking of minutes and review of action item deadlines and follow-up
  • Liaising with department heads
  • General administrative functions
  • Special projects, including research of project requirements and other ad hoc duties
  • Spreadsheet creation and data analysis
