Are you a highly organised, forward thinking professional who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.
In this high impact role, you’ll be a trusted partner, providing proactive, confidential support and serving as a key liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders. You’ll ensure alignment of priorities, seamless coordination of complex schedules, and flawless execution of high value initiatives.
With your deep understanding of business operations and executive priorities, you’ll anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and help foster a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high level administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail in correspondence and document preparation.
  • A strong sense of accountability, discipline, and motivation, with a proven work ethic.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities, manage calendars, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Initiative to anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and think one step ahead.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to represent the executive office with professionalism and confidence.
  • Proven discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
  • A results driven approach with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administration tools.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and occasionally work outside standard hours.
