Description:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant that will serve as a strategic partner and trusted righthand to the executive leadership team, ensuring their time, priorities, and initiatives are effectively managed. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, offering the opportunity to be deeply involved in projects that drive the company’s vision forward.
Work schedule: On site( Monday-Fridays 8am-6pm)
Location: VI, Lagos
Salary: #300,000
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders or high-profile individuals.
- Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and navigate diverse audiences professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Adept at anticipating needs, resolving challenges proactively, and ensuring seamless operations.
- Highly skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing competing priorities with effectiveness and efficiency.
- Fostering meaningful professional relationships, and demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Combines a keen attention to detail with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month

- Executive Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Expertly manage and adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, calls, and events.
- Organize and oversee intricate domestic and international travel plans, attending to every detail to guarantee a smooth experience.
- Draft, refine, and oversee executive communications, maintaining a professional tone that reflects the voice of the leadership.
- Act as a polished and poised representative of the executive team.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, productive relationships with key partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of high-profile meetings, events, and gatherings, delivering a flawless experience for all attendees.
- Support the executive team on critical projects by tracking progress, gathering insights, and aligning efforts with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough research and produce insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive records, create compelling presentations, and deliver executive-level reports.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices with precision and timeliness, ensuring financial operations run smoothly.
