DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an organised and collaborative Executive Assistant to support the leaders of three high-performing practices at WTW. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and efficient at multitasking.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Commitment to the role and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent proofreading abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Calm, professional manner, even under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of interpersonal and work styles, showing respect for other perspectives, even when they differ from one’s own.
  • Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Email skills and intermediate Excel are preferred.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the leaders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Proactively manage our billable hours system.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate and manage key events across the business.
  • Act as the point of contact between the leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the leaders.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the broader team.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
