Description

YANGYAN TOBACCO TRADING (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our daily operations at our centrally located office in Tanjong Pagar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including document filing, meeting scheduling, and calendar management
  • Draft and translate documents and emails in both English and Mandarin
  • Support communication and coordination with domestic and overseas clients
  • Organize and maintain financial records, and liaise with accounting or finance teams
  • Assist with trade-related documentation and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
  • Background in international trade or finance is an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
