Executive Assistant To CEO
Location: Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum DOE

As we continue to deliver impact and influence in the sector, we are looking to appoint a proactive, highly organised, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Trustees.
This is a pivotal role that will ensure the effective running of the CEO’s office, support the Board to fulfil its duties, and contribute to the smooth operation of our leadership team.
MAIN PURPOSE:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level professional support to the CEO and the Board of Trustees. The post-holder will be a key part of the CEOs team, demonstrating excellent judgement, diplomacy, and discretion.
The EA will manage the CEO’s office efficiently, co-ordinate communications, ensure effective diary and meeting management, and act as a key point of liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, trustees, and a wide range of stakeholders.
The role requires someone who is proactive, methodical, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
