Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver executive-level administrative assistance to the management team, including calendar, schedule, and task coordination.

• Prepare, organize, and archive executive correspondence, meeting documentation, and internal reporting.

• Serve as an operational liaison between internal business divisions, external partners, and local government authorities.

• Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage action-item follow-ups.

• Assist leadership with daily operational tasks and routine administrative workflows.


Requirements:


• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; prior experience handling authority/government coordination processes is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in office productivity tools, document management systems, and corporate communications software.

• Key Competencies: High organizational ability, clear communication skills in English and Hindi, office coordination expertise, and immediate availability
