This is a remote position. Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Singapore time with 1 hour unpaid break Responsibilities: Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones for various business meetings and commitments Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings and accommodation reservations Handle expense management and claims processing Organize and manage calendars for multiple businesses and ventures Conduct research as needed for business and travel purposes Manage email communications and respond on behalf of the executive Coordinate meetings across different business entities Provide administrative support for church-related activities and Bible school operations Serve as a liaison between the executive and various business contacts across different countries Scope: Supporting a senior executive across multiple business ventures International scope covering US, Europe, and Southeast Asia operations Managing both business and personal scheduling needs Working across multiple industries, including enterprise software, education, and various startup ventures Requirements: Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant (at least 5 years) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working across multiple time zones Proficiency in English communication Self-motivated and proactive work style Experience with travel coordination and expense management Ability to work independently without extensive supervision Senior-level experience, not entry-level or junior candidates Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring ZR_27546_JOB
