This is a remote position. Executive Assistant Scope: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Pacific with a 30-minute unpaid break Remote work arrangement Direct support to CEO of HR consulting and SaaS business Responsibilities: Manage email correspondence and prioritize communications Coordinate and manage calendar scheduling, including building in travel time for in-person meetings Organize and track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion Schedule dedicated work blocks to prevent over-booking of meetings Handle customer communications and basic customer service inquiries Provide general administrative support to the CEO Help create systems for better time management and productivity Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with email management and calendar coordination Ability to work independently and proactively identify scheduling conflicts Basic customer service experience Proficiency with standard office software and scheduling tools Strong communication skills for client interactions ​ Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_29571_JOB
