As the Executive Associate supporting Site Operations in Grande Prairie, you will play a key role in enabling the success of senior leaders and operational teams across the site. The Executive Associate (EA) provides high-level support to the Senior Operating Officer (SOO) – Area 9, ensuring the smooth operation and strategic advancement of healthcare services. Acting as a key liaison across portfolios and zones, the EA plays a critical role in executive coordination, planning, issue management, communications, and stakeholder engagement. This role operates in a complex, fast-paced environment requiring professionalism, discretion, initiative, and exceptional organizational skills. Working closely with the SOO and Executive Administrative Assistant, the EA ensures continuity in executive operations and provides mutual support as needed. The EA contributes to the success of the Area 9 leadership team by supporting business and operational planning, reporting, projects, internal communications, and committee work. Responsibilities include facilitating collaboration across programs, connecting stakeholders with subject matter experts, and coordinating briefing materials, presentations, newsletters, and recognition activities. As a member of strategic and operational working groups, the EA provides high-level coordination and helps align Area 9 services with provincial priorities.
