Executive - Autonomation Engineer To be based at Biyagama Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specializes in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. Looking out for a dynamic individual to support in overseeing the autonomation projects which are carried out at the autonomation center in order to ensure the objectives and timelines are met whilst, coordinating with SBUs and relevant departments to ensure their autonomation needs are effectively identified and addressed KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Be involved in the autonomation projects carried out through autonomation center and ensure the objectives and timelines are met * Coordinate with other internal SBUs and external parties to arrange training programmes/ workshops for the central and plants’ teams in order to upgrade the skill & competency levels * Prepare 3D designs and animations for the prototypes whilst, designing and fabricating electronic circuits pertaining to autonomation initiatives * Liaise with members from other innovation pillars, the central autonomation team and engage in effective knowledge sharing thereby, constantly searching for ways to better the process * Liaise with external integrators and consultants on developing work packages or turnkey projects in order to achieve project objectives * Coordinate with all internal stakeholders / teams to identify the autonomation requirements and provide necessary guidelines KEY QUALIFICATIONS * Posses as completed a degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electical/Mechatronics/Electronics) * 1-2 years of experience in engineering field (Mechanical/Electical/Mechatronics/Electronics)

Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing autonomation projects at the center to ensure objectives and timelines are met while coordinating with internal SBUs to identify and address their needs. Responsibilities also include creating 3D designs and electronic circuits, and liaising with external integrators to achieve project goals.
