KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with all internal stakeholders/ teams to identify the autonomation requirements and provide necessary guidelines. Prepare 3D designs and animations for the prototypes. Prepare technical files and engineering manuals whilst, supporting internal teams at Nike Modernization Centre to develop the user manuals and safety manuals/ Job Instruction sheets as per the requirement. Ensure that all developments undergo an inspection and testing process prior to transferring same to the transition line. Engage with relevant safety officers to carry out the machine safety risk assessments . Ensure adherence to organizational standards in areas such as, compliance standards, MOS, SOPs, health and safety and 5S in all day to day activities. Ensure all guidelines pertaining to Intellectual Property are strictly followed and adhered to within the Nike Modernization Centre. Ensure adequate knowledge is transferred to the proliferation team pertaining to all development projects carried out by the Autonomation Engineering team as and when development projects are being executed. Ensure that the developed and tested machines are scaled / replicated. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge in mechanical machine design, CAD/CAM, control system design, PLC programming. Good Negotiation and Communication skills Fluency in English
