Position Summary Camp Lucy is seeking an inspired and experienced Executive Banquet Chef to lead our banquet culinary operations. As the Executive Banquet Chef, you will oversee menu design, food production, and kitchen operations for our luxury weddings, corporate gatherings, and special events. Key Responsibilities Design and execute innovative banquet menus that showcase the best of the Hill Country and beyond. Lead, train, and inspire a talented banquet kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Ensure impeccable quality, consistency, and presentation in every dish. Manage inventory, cost control, and purchasing for banquet operations. Partner closely with event planners and service staff to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences. Conduct client tastings with precision and professionalism. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Continuously explore new trends, ingredients, and techniques to enhance our culinary program. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Banquet Chef in a luxury resort, hotel, or high-volume event venue. Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on team development. Expertise in menu design, culinary presentation, and banquet execution. Strong organizational and financial acumen, including inventory and purchasing systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office; culinary software experience preferred. English fluency required; Spanish proficiency a plus. Ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
