A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading south west law firms as an Executive Board Secretary.
In this flexible and highly autonomous part time role you will work in a key support position to the company’s Executive Board ensuring the effective organisation and coordination of meetings, management of actions, and facilitation of communications.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU NEED:

  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Professional communicator able to effectively handle stake holder relationships
  • Highly organised in relation to document, diary and deadline management
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent typing and IT skills including proficiency in various Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, OneDrive)
