Executive - Branding & Communications (MAS LEGATO BASED AT MALABE) MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to drive the development and execution of a current and effective branding and communications strategy for Legato by providing strategic, technical, creative and business expertise to meet communications objectives aligned with the overall business strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute communication and branding projects or assignments by liaising with all stakeholders to ensure that corporate messages are effectively communicated. Spearhead the branding and communication team at Legato whilst being responsible for strategizing and executing internal and external corporate communications within the stipulated timeframe. Ensure all creative agencies and production partners are effectively managed, their deliverables are defined and monitored while ensure all engagements are governed by legal agreement. Manage strategic content that needs to be disseminated across the available channels of communication for Legato internal and external stakeholders. Develop creative and attractive pitch decks for roadshows, customer visits and other related content to be used by EXCO and business leads for visit and customer-centric activations. Creatively and concisely adapt key technical innovations into brand-related or customer-centric content that can be used by business leads or EXCO to lobby for orders delight the customer. Maintain brand ownership of Legato and enforce strict adherence & compliance to Legato brand guidelines, to ensure consistency in all forms of branding collateral. Effectively coordinate with MAS Group Communications teams to ensure the brand MAS and Legato are effectively cross-promoted and protected through planned collaborations. Oversee and manage an image or video library for Legato product content, internal event content and other related media and ensure it’s up to date with new content to be able to cater to all requirements. Manage the branding and communication expenditure to ensure budgetary control measures are in place and timely payments. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Previous experience in an advertising agency would be highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills. Sound knowledge on Event Management.
