Description

The Purpose of this Position will play a key role in the growing Branding & Communications team at Q Collection in shaping the voice of Q Collection online – crafting clear, engaging and consistent messaging for a range of internal and external stakeholders, from employees to international buyers and investors. The Executive, Branding & Communications will be expected to work closely with a cross-functional team to translate business strategy and sustainability progress into impactful narratives to ensure that our corporate voice reflects our values and ambition.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Sustainability or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful communications campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with creative content development skills
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content development ( experience or interest in sustainability or fashion/apparel are a plus! )
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence in working across different functions, geographies and cultures and translating complex ideas into clear messages
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • The ability to translate complex ideas into moving, impactful narratives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and draft content that influence stakeholders within and beyond the organization
  • Strong independent, project management and organizational skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time
