Key Responsibilities High-Stakes Editing: Produce daily executive briefings that meet strict timeliness and quality standards. Precision & Style: Ensure every report meets specific grammatical, style, and client-defined parameters. Client Alignment: Stay abreast of client requirements and industry trends to ensure the most critical news is prioritized. Quality Control: Complete thorough checklists before delivery to ensure correct formatting, recipients, and attachments. Workflow Management: Manage an assigned schedule and roster, ensuring all briefings are delivered exactly on time. Proactive Communication: Alert managers immediately to any production issues or potential delays to ensure seamless delivery. Continuous Improvement: Adapt quickly to feedback and suggest efficiency improvements to the production schedule where possible. About You Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for typos and formatting inconsistencies. Deadline-Driven: You enjoy the "pulse" of a news-cycle environment and never miss a delivery window.
