Description
The Central Finance Team (CFT) works in close partnership with the Leadership Team and Finance groups across Microsoft. CFT drives overall planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and executive and investor reporting for the entire global portfolio. We own the finance-to-client relationships for the corporate groups (Legal, Finance and HR) as well as driving the Finance process and story with our peers in every part of the company.   As the Executive Business Administrator for a team of General Managers in Central Finance Team you will be a key member of the team and the pulse of the organization. You will spend the majority of your time driving a complex executive calendar which includes coordination across the leaders in the organization including division Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), business leaders and their global teams. The rest of your time will be spent driving all aspects of team support - headcount, space, hardware, team meetings, events, and morale. If you are a highly skilled and experienced assistant with a passion for coordinating in complexity and for providing service for all levels of Microsoft staff - this role may be for you.   Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
