Travel Management: Arranges executive travel, creates itineraries, addresses issues promptly, secures documents, and ensures compliance with travel policies. Resource Management: Tracks discretionary budgets, advises on expense management and compliance, and communicates proactively to resolve issues. Event Coordination and Space Management: Oversees event logistics and office space, delegates tasks, resolves problems quickly, and recommends improvements; serves as a subject matter expert for the team. Discipline Growth and Development: Leads, mentors, trains administrative staff, fosters team culture, and identifies strategic growth opportunities in the Business Support community. 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others. 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
