As an Executive - Business Analyst, you will be required to: Collaborate with senior leadership to align business analysis activities with the overall strategic direction. Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the Chief Innovation Officer. Work closely with various departments to gather information, align strategies, and facilitate communication between the Chief Innovation Officer’s office and other parts of the organization. Create and maintain reports, presentations, and briefings for the Chief Innovation Officer. Act as a conduit between project teams, internal and external stakeholders, and the Chief Innovation Officer’s office. Support the Chief Innovation Officer by scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field 1–2 years of work experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Basic knowledge of finance Strong presentation and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
