ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Business Development & Partnership to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client engagement, partnership development, and membership management in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • LEAD FOLLOW-UP & CLIENT ENGAGEMENTTrack and follow up on business leads, coordinate meetings, and assist in preparing proposals and pitch decks.
  • PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATIONDraft and design professional presentations, participate in client meetings, and ensure consistency in communication materials.
  • DOCUMENTATION & AGREEMENTSDraft and manage MOUs, partnership agreements, and service proposals. Liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE & COORDINATION SUPPORTMaintain accurate records, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support KPI tracking.
  • MARKET RESEARCH & INTELLIGENCEConduct basic market research and monitor trends to support partnership strategies.
