With years of expertise in crafting solutions for women, we design functional, sustainable, and cutting-edge innovations that address unmet needs and empower women worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic and business-minded individual to join our Innovation team as Executive – Business Entrepreneur (Market Intel and Customer Insights). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities that combine consumer insights, global market trends, and MAS’s unique capabilities to deliver impactful and commercially viable solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify new areas of opportunity for Femography by analyzing global markets and consumer trends, and pairing them with MAS’s core capabilities. Develop a deep understanding of the end consumer, including demographics, behaviors, attitudes, unmet and under-met needs. Conduct consumer research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups where required. Collaborate with Technology Entrepreneurs to translate unmet consumer needs into actionable jobs-to-be-done that can be solved through the innovation process. Work collaboratively on building innovative solutions and product development initiatives. Conduct brainstorming sessions, engage with Operations teams, and coordinate with SBUs where necessary. Organize and run product wearer trials to evaluate product performance and user experience. Pitch innovative products and solutions to customers, presenting strong business cases and value propositions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution. 1–2 years of relevant work experience in business development, consumer insights, data analytics, or market research. Experience in consumer insights and data analytics, with proven ability in market analysis and trend forecasting. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining effective relationships. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for developing innovative and commercially viable solutions.
