1.    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES •    Drive business excellence maturity in organisations by staying up to date through research, assessing knowledge, training, coaching and mentoring potential individuals on tools and techniques to improve businesses in a sustainable manner o    Coordinate to effectively share knowledge on tools, techniques and quality principals o    Assess the candidate’s knowledge and ability through assessments and application o    Guide & mentor to achieve the objectives •    Perform Business Excellence Maturity Assessments to ensure well defined, standardized and continuous improvement of business processes by providing guidance, templates and consultation •    Perform as a change management agent while carrying out cost/benefit trade-off analysis, developing ROI business cases and smooth implementation for recommended projects involving process by carrying out following activities: o    Use analytical methods and tools to understand, analyze, predict, improve and/or control logistic operations and processes o    Forecast client behavior with respect to their logistics approach and trigger the management on strategic planning o    Present these results/suggestions/justifications to the internal/external client o    Convince the team of the benefits of the outcome and guide them to execute the change o    Understand external/internal customer requirements and formulate logistic solutions o    Review of the existing operation with internal & external clients •    Focus on optimizing business processes to enable automation to achieve enhances efficiency and increase value and customer experience by carrying out the following activities: o    Identify and recommend processes for digital transformation considering process and system optimization o    Assessing the To Be processes ensuring optimum process and enable for automation o    Ensure proper documentation and governance o    Assess the projected to actual realization of process automation •    Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management  2.  MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION •    BSc degree with course content to support Management/Statistics/Information Analysis/Operation Research/Process Re-engineering or management/digital transformation •    Minimum of 1-3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role  •    Certification/qualifications in an added field (e.g. IT/CIMA/Lean/Six-Sigma/automation) or experience would be an added advantage •    Strong Analytical & Project Management skills •    Strong communication, coordination & presentation skills with fluency in Sinhala & English
