Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Executive Business Partner at ghSMART you will play a critical role supporting 2-3 senior leaders. Daily responsibilities will include ownership of complex project management, client contracting and invoicing, business development research and support, calendar management, coordination of travel plans and thorough expense reporting.
We are a 100% virtual organization – all colleagues work from their home. Qualified candidates must have a private, quiet space for a home office. Computer, printer, and phone equipment will be provided by the firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide proactive project management. Coordinate with internal and external team members and make recommendations for meetings, project plan and timeline, team calls, data compilation, and survey administration.
  • Make recommendations for your consultant(s)with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
  • Independently prepare correspondence, such as client contracts, client invoice requests, report templates, scheduling requests, and final client ready documents with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Partner with your consultant(s) to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and firm goals/targets.
  • Proactively manage complex meetings both internally and with our clients; resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach.
  • Manage frequent and detailed client invoice requests and expense reports; independently drive audit and reconciliation process to ensure proper reimbursement and client invoicing.
  • Assist with special projects and travel arrangements as needed.
