Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Monarch is hiring an Executive Business Partner to support our founding team: the CEO, Head of Engineering, and Head of Design. In this role, you will manage scheduling, communications, events, and daily priorities so the leaders can focus on the highest-impact work. You will act as a connector across the company and with external stakeholders, helping the team stay organized, effective, and focused on what matters most.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as the primary conduit and trusted partner to the founders, ensuring time and focus are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize calendars, daily workflows, and inbound requests across the founding team to maximize output.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the founders with board members, investors, partners, and team members.
  • Build and maintain operational systems to streamline executive communications, task management, and information flow.
  • Plan and execute high-quality company and leadership events such as offsites, board meetings, and team gatherings, ensuring both flawless logistics and a polished experience.
