Position Overview Capital Management Inc. is seeking a highly capable Executive Business Partner to provide strategic administrative, financial, and operational support to executive leadership. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a professional who can think critically, manage complex details, and confidently handle responsibilities involving financial reporting, data accuracy, budgeting support, and technology tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
