POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at 7by7 Restaurant, our second kitchen at 7th Anchor, and our expanding catering side of the business. This role is central to our success and will lead the charge in menu creation, talent development, and ensuring operational excellence across all our kitchens.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven environment.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creativity in the kitchen.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with catering and event menu planning is a plus.
  • Commitment to upholding and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead menu development with a focus on creativity, seasonality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen managers at each location to maintain exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Train and mentor new talent, fostering a collaborative and inspiring kitchen culture.
  • Oversee the catering menu and execution for weddings, events, and off-site services.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
  • Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and implement innovative ideas to keep menus fresh and appealing.
