EXECUTIVE CHEF LOCATION: BABCOCK RANCH, FL ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at a community association management company located in Babcock Ranch, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in culinary leadership, menu development, and kitchen management within a community or residential setting. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and service for our community residents and events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and manage all kitchen operations for community dining facilities and special events. * Develop and implement diverse menus that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of community residents. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. * Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. * Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Collaborate with community management and event coordinators to plan and execute culinary services for community functions. * Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and consistency. * Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role, preferably within a community association or residential management environment. * Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen operations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources effectively. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in food service. * Capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and community stakeholders. * Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
