Job Description This is your opportunity to join our team, as we reimagine our restaurant, and prepare to launch Brisbane’s newest grill experience. We’re looking for an Executive Chef who will pioneer a new standard of service, and create memorable dining experiences through their passion for first class cuisine. You’ll get to work alongside some of the industry’s most well regarded hospitality consultants, as you shape our culinary identity. As the leader of our culinary offering, you will manage the kitchen brigade through their day-to-day operations, setting a high standard of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee culinary operations, ensuring consistent delivery of quality in product and service. Manage kitchen budget and cost control, and in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager, maintain profitability within all outlets Lead the development and training of the culinary team Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, WHS, and Accor brand standards Qualifications We are seeking a hands-on leader who will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to the role. A successful candidate will have depth of experience in their culinary background, which you will draw on to deliver memorable dining experiences within our restaurant and conferencing outlets. Qualification in Commercial Cookery or similar relevant qualification. Demonstrated experience managing a high volume restaurant kitchen. Coherent knowledge and adherence to food safety standards. Proven experience mentoring emerging kitchen leaders, and junior team members.
