Job Description Overseeing daily kitchen operations, hiring, training, and supervising kitchen staff. Creating and innovating menus, planning dishes, and developing recipes. Estimating food requirements, managing food and labor costs, and controlling inventory of ingredients and supplies. Ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, while adhering to and enforcing food safety and hygiene regulations. Leading the culinary team, managing their activities, and providing guidance and training Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. Extensive culinary experience and creativity. Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes. Budgeting and financial management abilities.
