Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE COOKING UP: Overseeing day-to-day kitchen management including rostering, recruitment, and training Leading and mentoring a team of chefs and kitchen porters to deliver consistent, high-quality service Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including food quality, costing and inventory Work alongside Neil Perry’s consulting team with the lounge menus Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Work closely with the General Manager and regional leadership team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Drive efficiency while maintaining creativity and quality. Qualifications THE SECRET INGREDIENTS WE’RE LOOKING FOR: A rock-solid base of experience – Previous Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a high-energy kitchen. A well-seasoned palate – You know how to balance bold flavours, plate up art, and keep menus fresh. A full cup of leadership – Passionate, inspiring, and always ready to fire up the team. A true passion for operations and quality. A passion for guest experience – Every dish is a showstopper, every service a standing ovation.
