We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, develop talent, and drive culinary excellence across our restaurants, banquets, and events Job Description Build a strong culinary culture that connects Pakistan’s culinary heritage with international standards, promoting excellence, teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the kitchen department. Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, presentation, and compliance with international culinary standards. Lead, coach, and develop the culinary team through ongoing training, mentoring, and continuous learning opportunities. Create innovative menus while managing food cost, hygiene standards, HACCP compliance, and operational efficiency. Partner with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and create innovative, distinctive culinary events throughout the year for our guests. Analyze kitchen performance metrics, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability without compromising quality Oversee food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols, ensuring full compliance with HACCP standards and local health regulations Qualifications Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, including previous Executive Chef experience in a luxury hotel or large-scale hospitality operation. Proven ability to lead, train, and develop multicultural culinary teams. Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and nurturing talent. Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, food safety standards, and cost management. Creative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
