JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef Manager to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality, beautifully presented dishes. This role requires the ability to manage and direct a kitchen team, plan menus, and oversee banquet events while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

As the Executive Chef Manager, you will:

• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Independently prepare and manage banquet events for up to 100 guests.
• Develop creative and seasonal menus while coordinating with the General Manager for execution.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and attractive plate presentation.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant kitchen environment (ServSafe standards).
• Work evenings as needed to support scheduled events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ServSafe Certification (required).
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef Manager in a banquet, hospitality, or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary background with the ability to prepare a variety of high-quality dishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a kitchen team.
• Ability to plan menus and communicate needs clearly with management.
• Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for special events.
