Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Position Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm Pay: $50,000-54,000/annually Job Description Ensures proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, including production, presentation, and service standards. Manages a culinary team, including chef managers, sous chefs and hourly staff, to ensure quality in final presentation of food. Interact directly with residents and guests daily. Maintain integrity of the standard food offer; responsible for always maintaining food quality and safety of all items. Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in fine dining atmosphere preferred. High School Diploma or GED required; Culinary education or equivalent experience preferred Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
