BareBone is a new restaurant opening on Wexford Street. We focus on contemporary Americana cuisine in a lively, social environment. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, manage the team, and develop menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining consistency and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Up to date with current food trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time availability and legal right to work in Ireland.
  • Multi Site management preferred but not essential
