️About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen function from top to bottom — from day-to-day operations to forward planning. You’ll be joining the business at a pivotal moment, with the chance to shape not only the food offering but also the structure and culture of the kitchen team as it evolves.

‍ Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development across all kitchen roles
  • Oversee and execute the full menu development process
  • Create and implement systems to support both daily operations and long-term goals
  • Inspire and develop junior chefs, with a strong focus on training and progression
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team to ensure operational and commercial targets are met
  • Maintain consistently high standards as the business grows

    Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, ideally within a growing or multi-site business

  • Background in smaller companies that have scaled is highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • A passion for food, team development, and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial awareness
